SCALE YOUR BUSINESS SMARTLY
The 90-Minute Leadership Diagnostic
You're Not Stuck Because Your Team Isn't Trying
You've made the hires. You've had the conversations. You've restructured, redirected, brought in consultants and maybe even rebuilt parts of the team. And something is still not moving the way you want it to.
The work is happening, the effort is real and the clients are getting results. But the most important things -- the growth, the financial momentum, the execution that actually compounds -- keeps staling in ways you can't quite pinpoint.
The cause is rarely looks like from the inside.
There is a specific constraint in your leadership system that is slowing everything else down
And it's usually invisible from your vantage point. Not because you're not smart enought to see it -- but because you're too close to it, and because it rarely looks like the obvious thing. It shows up as delegation that quietly reverses itself. Decisions that funnel back to you. Talented people solving the wrong problems with full conviction.
One conversation changes that.
The 90-Minute Leadership Diagnostic
The 90-Minute Leadership Diagnostic is a focused, structured session designed to identify the single constraint inside your leadership system that is slowing everything else down. It is not consulting, not coaching, and not a general strategy conversation. It is an accurate read on what is actually in the way — followed by a written plan that tells you exactly where to intervene first.

Pre-Session Work Brief
Before we meet, you'll complete a short pre-work brief so we use the 90 minutes on diagnosis, not orientation
90-Minute Session
In this focused session, we work through the specific dynamics of your leadership system -- how decisions are moving, where ownership is blurring, what the patterns of stuck actually look like inside your team -- until we name the one constraint doing the most damage.
30-Day Intervention Map
After the session, you'll receive a 30-Day Intervention Plan that names the constraint, explains why it's happening inside your specific structure, and outlines the first moves to correct it. You'll leave knowing exactly where to intervene first.

This is for You, If...
You lead a team of 10 to 70 people and the growth you expected hasn't arrived the way it should have by now
Something keeps stalling — and you've tried enough things to know the answer isn't another fix layered on top of the last one
You've tried fixes that haven't held, but you're not looking for more advice -- you're looking for an accurate read on what's actually in the way of the growth you want to achieve.
You suspect the real issue is somewhere inside the leadership structure itself, but you haven't been able to put your finger on exactly where
You're willing to act on what you find
85% of executives believe their organizations are bad at diagnosing problems. 87% say that flaw is costing them. The bottleneck isn't effort. It's the absence of an accurate read on what's actually in the way.

About Linda.
Linda Perry spent 17 years as a federal criminal defense attorney, which is, at its core, a discipline in reading systems under pressure -- finding the one thread, inside an enormously complex set of facts, that changes everything when you pull it.
That same capacity for structural pattern recognition is what she brings to leadership and organizational work now, trained and certified through the WHY Operating System, Shadow Work and sharpened across hundreds of conversations with founders, managing partners, service providers and leadership teams who know something was wrong but couldn't see what it was.
What she learned, across both words, is that the constraint is almost never where people are looking for it -- and that naming it accurately, rather than treating its symptoms is the only intervention that actually holds.

One Session. One Constraint. A Clear Path Forward
The cost of not knowing what the actual constraint is rarely stays the same. It compounds -- in good people who quietly disengage, in opportunities that stall just long enough to close, in the growing distance between where the company is and where you believed it would be by now.
Most leaders don't lack the will to fix what's broken.
They lack an accurate picture of what's actually breaking. Ninety minutes and a clear diagnosis changes that -- not eventually, but immediately;, with a written pland in hand and a specific place to begin.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is 90-Minutes Enough Time to Understand My Situation
Because we aren't starting from scratch when we meet. Before the session, you'll complete a pre-work brief that gives me the essential context -- the structure, the patterns, the places where momentum keeps breaking down -- so that when we sit down together, we can move directly into diagnosis rather than orientation. Ninety minutes is enough when the right groundwork is already laid.
Do the sessions take place on Zoom?
Yes, the 90-minute session takes place over Zoom, which means it's accessible regardless of where you or your team are located. You'll receive a confirmation with all the details after the booking. You will also receive a copy of the recorded session once it is complete.
What is in the 30-Day Plan?
The written plan you receive after the session names the specific constraint we identified, explains why it is showing up inside your particular leadership structure, and outlines the first concrete moves -- sequenced by priority -- to be correcting it. It is not a general framework or a list of best practices. It is specific to what we found, written so that you can act on it immediately without needing to interpret it first.
Is this consulting or coaching?
Neither exactly. This is a diagnostic -- which means the work is in the accurate identification of what is actually slowing you down, not in advising you broadly or processing what you're feeling about it. Think of it less like hiring a consultant and more like getting a second opinion from someone who has seen this pattern many times before.
What if I already know what the problem is?
That is worth examining, because most leaders who come in certain about the problem leave having confirmed it -- or having discovered that what they named was a symptom of something sitting one level upstream. Either way, the diagnostic is useful. Certainty going in doesn't make the session less valuable; it usually makes it faster.
What do I need to prepare?
Before the session you'll receive a short pre-work brief to complete. It covers the structure of your leadership team, where execution is breaking down, and what you've already tried. It takes most people 20-30 minutes and it is what allows us to use the 90 minutes on diagnosis rather than background.
Who is this NOT for?
This diagnostic is not the right fit if you are in the earliest stages of building a team, if you are looking for general business strategy advice, or if you are not yet in a position to act on what you find. The value of an accurate diagnosis depends entirely on willingness to do something with it.
